Had to take the Jag in for some updates and service checks, I was given a reasonable appointment and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. As usual, the service writer Don was his cheerful self and helped to make this a pleasant experience. Owens Murphy where class is the STANDARD.
Really nice people and a good car-buying experience. I was referred by a friend who had recently purchased a vehicle there, and he was right about the customer service.
The pull in area was clean. Greeted by the service manager. He asked what I needed. Checked the contact phone number and asked me if I would be waiting. I did not wait.

Very friendly. Complete service Had to get dashboard upholstery repair and also got a detailed cleaning. I was called by Don Howard and kept up with progress of work. He was accommodating providing me with a service car.
Taylor was really great. She listened, kept me updated, and made sure I got impeccable service. Their team made sure I had a timely shuttle ride to and from work.
This saying couldn't describe owns Murphy any better. This is the definition of quality service, go in with any doubt, concern and worry you leave feeling confident and heard. Mr. Ken was wonderful he absolutely heard all my concerns when I checked my car in and made me feel so welcomed to the dealership family. I tried making contacting with each person in VW while I waited for my car to be finished to get as much information on my car as possible and get my own feelings and opinions on the people who worked within the VW dealership. I have nothing bad to say of the dealership, everyone has a great personality that's makes you want to be part of the VW family.
I had a problem over the weekend. I called on Monday and they worked me in. Everything was resolved!! Thankful they took care of me on a busy Monday.
